A very special day, the Ordizia market, faithful to its appointment since 1512, has always been characterized by being a strong defender of local and seasonal products.

We will continue the day with an experience in Ondarre House, where the farm and the cheese farm are located. We will help Eneko (the farmer) with milking the sheep and, if it coincides with the season, helping to shear them. With the milk obtained, we will prepare a fresh cheese or a curd, for example. Finishing the visit with a small tasting session.

*IMPORTANT: inform us of any possible food intolerances or tastes.

Recommended for any type of client but especially for foodies. Comfortable shoes are essential.
