DAY 1 - DONOSTIA - SAN SEBASTIÁN
Arrival in Donostia - San Sebastian, also known as the Pearl of the Cantabrian Sea. It's one of the cities that best combines food, culture and beauty, joining them all with unique natural surroundings plus making the traveller feel like they belong in the city.
Transfer to the hotel and accommodation.
DAY 2 - DONOSTIA - SAN SEBASTIÁN
Breakfast at the hotel.
During the morning take a sightseeing tour of the romantic city that runs along Cortázar's Eixample, designed in the second half of the nineteenth century after the demolition of the walls protecting the town.
Lunch: Pintxo tour, feel like a real "Donostiarra" and enjoy the true miniature cuisine.
In the afternoon, we will visit the Museum of San Telmo, a museum located in the old part depicting the cultural and historical germ of today's society from a multidisciplinary and open view.
Free time to enjoy the city.
An antique car ride to the restaurant with 3 Michelin stars that we will visit in the city, Arzak ***.

DAY 3 - ZARAUTZ - GETARIA - ZUMAIA

In the morning, ride to Zumaia and visit the Geopark, the great geological heritage that Zumaia owns and the major events on a global scale that have left their mark on rocks. On the coast of this town, we can see how the earth has evolved over the last 110 million years.
After the visit, we will go to Getaria, a villa with great fishing tradition, best known for being the birthplace of Juan Sebastián Elcano, but it also hides famous restaurants of grilled fish and small beaches with spectacular scenery. We will have the opportunity to taste Getaria’s txakoli and preserves from local producers. During lunch, we will taste the best fish in the most exclusive way.
In the afternoon, transfer to Zarautz and free time to explore the village and take a walk on the streets. Transfer to hotel.
DAY 4 - BERGARA - OÑATI - ARANTZAZU

In the morning we will go to Oñate, precisely to Arantzazu, to visit the School of shepherding. We will learn about the origins and functions of the country houses, and the day to day of this job, all in an unrivalled natural setting.
By midmorning, visit to the Sanctuary of Aránzazu, religious and architectural work in which the Franciscans stood 500 years ago where we can admire the three-pointed towers and frieze of the 14 apostles.
Continue the day with a cooking workshop at the hands of one of the most prestigious chefs in Bergara.
Lunch and free afternoon in Bergara. The town was an important point with merchants’ influence in the Middle Ages and also known for its historical and monumental meeting point of the time of Carlist Wars.
DAY 5 - BILBAO

At the scheduled time, departure towards Bilbao, arrival and guided tour of the city, a city known for its history and location, it offers a formidable cocktail where architecture, tradition, sea and mountains, nature and history combine to perfection.
After the walking tour, we will do a tour of the iconic Bilbao Estuary from another point of view. Sail through the estuary from the pier Pio Baroja, visiting the attractions in the centre of Bilbao, from City Hall to the Suspension Bridge Portugalete through Zorrozaurre. It will be like sailing through history.
Lunch at a restaurant.
Here, we will have some free time to do some shopping in the centre, you'll never say that shopping is boring or visiting the Guggenheim museum both outside and inside. Defined as the best building in the second half of the twentieth century, it has transformed the city, placing it in the world and radically changing its image. If on the contrary, you prefer something more classic or ancient art, do not hesitate to visit Bellas Artes de Bilbao, characterized by its chronological breadth, running from the thirteenth century to the present day, containing a great diversity of artistic expressions.
Late in the afternoon, back to Donostia and free time.
DAY 6 - RIOJA ALAVESA: LAGUARDIA - ELCIEGO

Guided tour of Laguardia, its history is written on its stones, which is waiting to be read by visitors. The subsoil of Laguardia is pierced by wineries or 'caves', dug under the houses and streets, about 6 feet deep.
We will visit the Eguren Ugarte winery, with over 2km of underground cellars, excavated mostly manually, it becomes a must for lovers of Rioja Alava wine or just for history buffs and lovers of sensory experiences. After the visit, we will have a tasting of 3 different wines and a tasty tapa. Lunch at the wine cellar with a typical menu with local products.
At the scheduled time in the afternoon, transfer to Elciego, we will get to know "the best representation of the innovative spirit of Marqués de Riscal and his world of sensations is undoubtedly the building designed by the Canadian architect Frank O. Gehry, who has created a work which, although full of shapes, is in perfect harmony with the landscape of the area.” Visit to the winery and tasting of two wines.
Return to hotel and free time.
DAY 7 - RIOJA ALAVESA - LABASTIDA AND SALT VALLEY AÑANA
Breakfast in the hotel.
Transfer to Labastida, a small town full of history from ancient times to the present. Labastida is a beautiful villa in the heart of Rioja Alava.
Guided tour of the Old Town, from the Romanesque to the Baroque with a visit to Fortaleza Temple of Christ and the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption.
Finish off the tour with an experience in a winery boutique where we will enjoy an unparalleled experience combining good wines with local products. Lunch at the winery.
On the way back to Donostia, we will discover a treasure inside Araba, the Salt Valley Anana, where we will learn about the origin of salt. Salt is the only existing edible rock in nature, which is why we will visit this place with more than 6,500 years of history, which is in the process of becoming a World Heritage Site.
DAY 8 - DONOSTIA - SAN SEBASTIÁN

We propose a gift for the body and senses through thalassotherapy. SPA Circuit in downtown La Perla, the way to achieve true relaxation therapy and physical toning.

Please note that this tour is a culture and food tour. But, you will get a pair of local snacks as well as a walk through the old quarter of San Sebastian in order to learn about the Basque culture and gastronomy. Please note that you will not receive a full meal.
