17:00 HRS. - Visit to the meat and fish section.
17:45 HRS. - Departure to Mendizabal Sagardotegia
18:00 HRS.- The "mise en place" is carried out by a local chef who first explains how a cider house works, THE GRILL and from there everything relevant to the products they are going to cook, notebook for notes ,etc., etc.
MASTERCLASS on the grill and on the raw material to be produced.
20:00 HRS.- DINNER
21:45 HRS. - Departure for Donostia-San Sebastián
22:00 HRS.- Arrival and end of our services.
