El usuario se compromete a pagar los servicios o productos contratados utilizando uno de los siguientes medios de pago que se detallarán en la página de pago:

La compra de cualquier producto sólo será efectiva cuando BASQUE DESTINATION S.L. cargue válidamente el importe total del viaje a la tarjeta de crédito facilitada por el Usuario, o cuando el importe de la compra se reciba en efectivo o como prueba de la transferencia. Hasta ese momento, BASQUE DESTINATION S.L. no tiene derecho a realizar ninguna reclamación.

El hecho de solicitar una reserva implica el compromiso por parte del cliente de autorizar el cargo en la tarjeta de crédito proporcionada. En el caso de que no sea posible realizar el cargo en la tarjeta de crédito (cargo rechazado), el Usuario acepta que BASQUE DESTINATION S.L. no emitirá la reserva realizada.

Los precios indicados en el Sitio Web incluyen las tasas de aeropuerto, salvo que se indique lo contrario. No incluyen los gastos de visado, ni las tasas de salida de un territorio, que deben pagarse directamente en destino. Las variaciones en la tarifa aplicable debido al retraso en el pago de la reserva en los importes de las tasas aeroportuarias, desde el momento de la reserva hasta el momento de la emisión del billete, serán repercutidas al cliente.

2.9 ENTREGA DE LA DOCUMENTACIÓN

Una vez realizado el pago del viaje, BASQUE DESTINATION S.L. entregará al cliente los documentos de viaje enviándolos directamente a su dirección de correo electrónico en el caso de documentos electrónicos o vales. Una vez formalizada la reserva, el Usuario deberá revisar el contenido de la misma para identificar posibles errores materiales en la introducción de datos; para tramitar la corrección, deberá llamar al número de teléfono que le facilitará los datos de identificación de la reserva.
