A very special day, the Ordizia market, faithful to its appointment since 1512, has always been characterized by being a strong defender of local and seasonal products.

The experience in Ondarre House, where the farm and the cheese farm are located. helping Eneko (the farmer) with milking the sheeps and, if it coincides with the season, helping to shear them. With the milk obtained we will prepare a fresh cheese or a curd, for example. Finishing the visit with a small tasting session.
