A journey through the history, a treasure to discover, a magical place to experience.

STORIES OF BASQUE SAILORS AND CIDER

Would you like to visit STORIES OF BASQUE SAILORS AND CIDER?

We quote a taylor-made travel for you

Stories of basque sailors and cider, but mainly, the history of our ancestors and their exploits, the history about the sea, and about the great gestures of the basque sailors. The cider and the sea.

A magical day that will allow us to enjoy one of our jewels, Albaola, The Basque Maritime Factory where we will discover the artisan method of building the replica of the Saint John's Galleon, an iconic 16th century whaler, a reflection of the splendour and world hegemony of the Basque maritime industry sunk off the coast of Canada, in Red Bay in 1565.

Did you know that Basque sailors did not die of scurvy because their barrels carried cider instead of water?

A journey through history, a treasure to be discovered, a magical place to be discovered. Stories of sailors and cider, but above all, the story of our ancestors and their exploits, the story about the sea, and about the great deeds of Basque sailors. Customers can't even imagine what they will find once inside. Besides combining with the visit of Pasai San Juan from its narrow streets they can smell the sea and much more history.
