During these days a big party is celebrated around this product which obtained its recognition for its culinary properties in the Euskadi dining scene and worldwide acceptance in the international Slow Food Forum. The bars and restaurants of Tolosa have the new season tapas based on Tolosa’s bean. Once the best bean grain quality is known in the Producers Competition, the culinary competition is held to reward the best dish. Alongside, the special fair is held to offer visitors all sorts of options: to be able to purchase products, bean tasting, gastronomic innovations…
Day 1 - TOLOSA

Guided tour of Tolosa, a village situated on the banks of the river Oria. A village with a wonderful historical past that has adapted perfectly to modern time.
Dinner based on a tasting of pintxos based on beans prepared with great care in different local bars.
Day 2 - TOLOSA

Great day to enjoy the special opportunity to see and buy local products.
